Soft Steps Midwifery

Hi, I am Helen. I qualified as a midwife in 2020 and have been a nurse since 2010. I have five children and live on a lovely little farmstead in Mount Barker. Since a young age I dreamed of being a midwife and when the time was right I took the plunge. I have not looked back since! My great desire is for the women of Western Australia to have the option to have home birth if they choose and to have continuity of care during the antenatal, birthing and postnatal journey. It should be every women’s right to experience this!
